In July 2025, Columbia customers and our company officially opened cooperation and docking.The customer conducted a systematic survey of our product line through online channels in the early stage, and after initially evaluating the machining capacity, coating technology level and past export cases, he took the initiative to initiate project negotiations.After the first round of communication between the two sides, the direction of cooperation was quickly locked. The customer immediately confirmed the sample list, and completed all the cooperation details within the month, issued a formal final order, and started the project landing process.The entire docking process is efficient and smooth, and the cycle from initial contact to formal order is extremely short, which fully reflects the high degree of trust and sincerity of cooperation of customers in our company's professional capabilities.

The products of this cooperation are hollow bolts processed by our company, and the specifications are customized according to the actual working conditions of the customer.The customer clearly stated in the technical requirements that the product needs to be surface treated with the Dacromet process, and the basic salt spray protection standard must reach 300 hours to ensure the corrosion resistance and service life of the product under complex working conditions.According to the working condition parameters provided by the customer, our technical team conducted a special process review of key indicators such as the inner hole machining accuracy, wall thickness uniformity, thread fit tolerance and Dacromet coating thickness of hollow bolts, and formulated a detailed processing process route and coating construction plan to ensure that every technical requirement can be quantified, controlled and verified traceability.

In order to in-depth verify the product quality and the comprehensive strength of the factory, the customer personally visited our company on September 1, 2025 to conduct an on-site visit.Accompanied by the factory management team, the customer visited the CNC processing workshop, the heat treatment section, the Dacromet coating production line and the quality control testing center one after another, and learned more about the whole process of machining hollow bolts from raw material warehousing inspection, precision CNC processing, surface coating treatment to finished product inspection and packaging.In the testing center, the customer observed the operating status of the salt spray test chamber and the practical demonstration of the coating thickness gauge, thread pass-through gauge and other testing equipment on site, and had an intuitive understanding of the dimensional accuracy, coating uniformity and anticorrosive properties of the product.After the inspection, the customer highly recognized our quality control system, manufacturing capabilities and professional service level, indicating that what he saw on the ground far exceeded expectations.
